Here’s a weekly schedule grid that can come in handy.
A few ways to use it:
- Plan your week on paper.
- Analyze how you actually use your time.
- Write in your activities throughout the day or at the end of the day, and at the end of the week analyze how you’ve used your time.
- This can help you understand patterns in your activites, and make better choices about what to cultivate and what to refrain from.
- Use it to track some other aspect of your lived experience— moods, thoughts, energy levels, whatever.
You can write/draw/highlight whatever you want into these half-hour blocks!
